We strive to provide a great experience for each order, but even we have difficult times from time to time. The best way to ensure a positive experience is to familiarize yourself with our policies and keep them in mind when placing orders.

- Shipping Accuracy- Check your addresses thoroughly! Our delivery guarantee only applies to orders that are correctly addressed. If the delivery service has to reroute, we cannot guarantee the package's condition. We only guarantee delivery to the address specified on the order acknowledgement.
-No weekend deliveries available- Orders are shipped the following business day. If you place an order on Friday, it will only be shipped on Monday.
- Refunds and Replacements- We do not accept returns due to the quality and freshness of our product. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and each consumer can only receive one replacement.
- Ordering Policy- Orders can be placed at www.thecheerfulcook.myshopify.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We do not accept order information via email for security reasons.
- Cancellation policy or change of order- Any order changes, including cancellations, must be communicated to us by 13:00 (1PM) on the same business day. We cannot guarantee the change or cancellation if it occurs outside of this time frame.
- Handling and Freshness- All products shipped from The Cheerful Cookie are shipped fresh from our warehouse. Please consume or freeze the products as soon as they arrive. Products must be kept frozen until they are ready to eat. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will result in the consumer's loss. Other defects must be reported within 30 days of order receipt. We are dedicated to using only the best ingredients. Our products contain no artificial preservatives or colouring and will stay fresh and delicious for about a month if properly stored in the freezer.
